🦎Would you like to meet other parents and have a safe, welcoming place where you child can relax and be themself?

GEKCO Book Fair!

GEKCO Book Fair!

There is a lot of extremist activity regarding books lately. They’ve demanded that books be reshelved, removed, and even banned from classrooms and libraries. Let’s make our own stand about books and information sharing. October is national book month, as well as LGBTQ history month. What better time to share titles of books about the gender journey that have been helpful to you: for kids, teens, and caregivers. Bring a list of your favorite books and any physical copies you have to share with us. One of the best perks of a free society is the free exchange of ideas and information. Let’s do it!

In addition, bring a book or two to share in our second annual Book Exchange! Bring one, take one! I hope every family can take home a new or gently used book or two. We’ll have a few extra, so don’t worry.

Looking forward to sharing more info and resources with each other at our annual Book Fair!

Statehouse Day to Let Kids Play

Statehouse Day to Let Kids Play

Indiana legislators are renewing their attacks on trans youth, promising to overturn Governor Holcomb’s veto of HB 1041, a bill that would ban transgender girls from school sports.

Join us at the Statehouse on Tuesday, May 24 for a Statehouse Day to Let Kids Play.

We are making it loud and clear, Indiana lawmakers should protect trans kids — not discriminate against them. 🏳️‍⚧️

May 24 Agenda:

10:30am-11:30am: Games and activities on the South lawn* of the Statehouse for kids and big kids alike.

11:30- noon: Lunch provided

Noon-1pm: Rally with speakers inside the Statehouse in the South Atrium

*If there is rain, all activities will be moved to the South Atrium inside the Statehouse
